Color of Paver – Natural vs. Pre-Colored

They are typically darker than pre-colored pavers because they contain more minerals. Pre-colored pavers are made by mixing colored cement with sand and other materials. Surface Finish – Smooth vs. Polished
A smooth finish will give your pavers a more natural appearance. It also makes cleaning easier. However, a polished finish gives your pavers a more modern look. This is especially true if you choose a dark color.

There are two main methods for installing pavers: self-installation and contractor installation. With self-installation, homeowners install the pavers themselves using hand tools. They then use mortar to attach them to each other and to the subbase.
